Jessica Dalton Barcelona: Día de Reyes

Today is the Day of the Kings. Last night there was a parade. The Kings arrived by boat at the harbor down the way from our place and marched through the entire city. It was an amazing procession where performers threw out candy for the children and danced in the streets.

It was quite a time. After the parade we went to Cat Bar, which is down the street from our apartment. It's an all vegan eatery that stays open... as long as there are people there. Opened by Roy, a British expat, and Geraldine, a... Spanish (I think?) hipster who took a couple of shots with me for my birthday.

This will absolutely be our new, regular hangout. They taught us all kinds of things... like Barcelona water will not make one sick, but it will make you gassy. Hahaha. Anyhow, it's Geraldine's birthday on Friday and they're closing the bar for a private party that we were invited to. So excited for that.

Next post is going to include the videos from London and what we've filmed so far in Spain. I finally figured out how to convert .MTS files! Geez... that education I completed really paid off. Hahaha.
